Camerons Webpage

This style of this page is a small homage to the Amstrad CPC 6128, my first 8 bit computer. I still have one, it worked last time I tried it, although I tend to use emulators these days.

I have programmed this page in html myself, using notepad. Considering my programming history, I couldn't stand the thought of using some sort of authoring program like frontpage. I have mostly used old school html, and I am in the process of converting to CSS. Next comes some javascript, then I want to experiment with php and sql.

I've tried to play my youtube music video playlist here, but it turns out that most of the record companies have disabled the embed function, resulting in a rather small selection.

UPDATE (22/06/10) : My playlist has been further reduced by VEVO blocking Australians (probably all of the world, except USA) from watching certain videos because I am in Australia, and not in USA. I don't really know what they think it will achieve, aside from making people hate them. I could possibly understand if it was a new song, but they have blocked me from watching the Whitesnake - Here I Go Again video from 1986. And now they have blocked Spiderbait - Black Betty. Europe - The Final Countdown. All blocked by VEVO. And it seems they are making people remove other versions of the original videos.
